 Every home receives dedicated 1 Gigabit (1 Gb/s) upload & downloaded speed fiber internet from Frontier + 2 Eeros Wi-Fi access points.

If you wish to have more bandwidth or TV services, you can contact Frontier, and pay the additional costs for those services.

 Installation is expected to begin in approximately 90 days.

 Frontier provides complimentary in-home installation to ensure your new service is working and will install the 2 provided Eero units for the mesh system, if you choose. This ensures no deadspots in the house. The community is already wired by Frontier (Verizon originally) fiber and construction is not required.

 The board is relentlessly focused on our promise to save owners' money while offering strong value with the funds we collect. Leveraging the buying power of the entire community positions us to deliver on that promise!

 As we approach the installation date, additional communications will be provided about when to discontinue your existing internet service.

This is truly an all treat no trick offering! 

The board currently anticipates no need to increase dues, which has previously been communicated. 

Of course things change, so we can never guarantee it, but we promise to communicate in advance if something changes.

 Service will be provided for a term of 5 years. Annual increases are capped at 3% (max, but could be less). 

The base price is $23/month/unit. 

The community will receive $225,000 up front as an additional incentive. There are no immediate plans to spend these funds but instead, we anticipate using them to offset the cost of the service and the need for future dues increases.

 There is no restriction on having another provider. 

That said, the cost is covered and does not decrease for residents that choose not to utilize the service.

 Frontier provides a dedicated Customer Success Manager to the community as well as a special contact center and phone number for the community, handling bulk accounts exclusively.  This team is 100% FL based representatives are available should you need any assistance.

I dont want to share a network with anyone. 

No, your network will be your individual network. The HOA will be billed for the service but will not be involved in your individual account.
