We are happy to announce had our next of many First Friday Movie Night for our Community will be on October 3, 2025. The movie will be "Cars" - for the whole family to enjoy!
Popcorn will be available for $1/person and eating and drinking are not permitted in the pool. No alcoholic beverages are permitted either.

Last night, the board approved a new contract to provide fiber optic Internet to ALL UNITS! This includes two (2) free Wi-Fi router/access points for each home. The cost will be included in our current HOA dues with NO increases!
This will deliver nearly $2,000,000 in cost savings to residents over the five-year term, saving each unit on average $750 per year - which is more than a quarter of our annual dues!
The first town hall was held on 9/9/2025 and was recorded.
Please note: Starting September 11, 2025, you may see Frontier personnel in the neighborhood performing site surveys to the fiber lines and to people's residencies. Please do not be alarmed if you see them in the area.

As part of expanding and improving the community, we are pleased to announce that we will be re-introducing virtual joining of board meetings for those that cannot attend in person.
The meetings will be held over Microsoft Teams for a better experience. Those not presenting will be able to post questions in the Q&A section to reduce the disruptions of talking over the meeting.

UPDATE: Starting August 18, 2025, we will start having onsite Open Hours of an HOA Management Admin for Residents at the Brentwood Clubhouse.
Our admin is Lexi Hawke. She's originally from middle Georgia, but after living in Tampa for the past 10 years, proudly considers herself a local. She spent two years at Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU), and is now stepping into the Property Management world.
In this position, she’ll be assisting with key fob, managing work orders, collecting homeowner's insurance documents, and anything further she can help with. QPM is currently working on getting a direct email set up so homeowners will have a direct line to reach her. She's looking forward to meeting everyone and being a helpful part of the team!

In an effort to inprove the common areas of the community, the pool areas have received new furniture. All items are available for residents to enjoy. We ask that available trash receptacles be used to clean up before you leave the clubhouse. Thank you.
The CDD earlier this year approved the making of a covered playground area in the Brentwood Community, at the intersection of Pond Apple Lane and Torch Lilly Way. Construction has begun but is not complete. There are several pieces to be installed, such as a covering, trash receptacle areas, and signage.
We are asking for parental or adult supervision of children while using the playground area. Thank you!
