We are happy to announce the introduction of First Friday Movie Night for our Community. Unfortunately, the inaugural movie night scheduled for Friday, July 4th, 2025 has been postponed due to the weather forecasts. Another night will be chosen. Further nights will be added to the Events section. As soon as the movie is determined, it will be posted. Popcorn will be available for $1/person and eating and drinking are not permiited in the pool. No alchoholic beverages are permitted either. 

In an effort to inprove the common areas of the community, the pool areas have received new furniture. All items are available for residents to enjoy. We ask that available trash receptacles be used to clean up before you leave the clubhouse. Thank you.

The CDD earlier this year approved the making of a covered playground area in the Brentwood Community, at the intersection of Pond Apple Lane and Torch Lilly Way. Construction has begun but is not complete. There are several pieces to be installed, such as a covering, trash receptacle areas, and signage. 

We are asking for parental or adult supervision of children while using the playground area. Thank you!
