Trash Butler Services for Oakwood Village Non-Garage Units

• Service begins January 26, 2026
• Service Days: Sunday – Thursday
• Set Out Time: Between 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Collection Begins: 8:00 PM
• Bring Your Container Inside: By 9:00 AM the next morning

• Bag It & Tie It – Place up to three securely tied trash bags inside your bin. Ripped or loose trash may not be collected.
• Keep It Light – Each bag should weigh 25 lbs or less to ensure safe handling.
• No Bulk or Hazardous Waste – Large items or hazardous materials should be taken to an approved facility directly by the resident. Phone numbers for services can be located by the compactor.
• No Liquids, Sharp Objects, or Hazardous Materials – Please avoid placing these items in your trash.
• Double Bag Pet/Infant Waste – Helps prevent leaks and breakage.
• Boxes – You may place up to three small, broken-down boxes beside your bin.
• Recycling – Use clear or blue bags and place them in, or on top of, your bin for collection.

• Bags must be placed inside the container —never on the ground. If you have multiple bags, you may stack them on top of your bin.
• Leaking bags can cause damage to the area outside your door —please double-bag when necessary.
• If guidelines are not followed, our butlers will leave a friendly resident note to help as a reminder in how to keep the community clean and to ensure a positive Trash Butler experience.
